Stay ahead with Rising Tide's Support Packages. Our service is designed to ensure your platforms run smoothly and efficiently, separate from our consulting and development offerings.  

Rising Tide helps MSPs stay ahead — not by waiting for something to break, but by stepping in before it does. These Monthly Support Plans are designed to shift the burden off your team: instead of you chasing consulting time, we show up with insight, action items, and clear next steps. It’s designed for MSPs who’ve already implemented platforms like HaloPSA, Hudu, or Rewst and need help staying on top of them.

The Basics

At its core, the Rising Tide Support packages provide the same services, with a difference in hours, intensity, and availability. For both support plans, you can expect:

  • Systems Review: A light, guided check-in to see what’s working and what’s not in the systems you already trust us with: Hudu, HaloPSA, Rewst. On a call or asynchronously, what ever fits your needs, we’ll scan for misfires, underused features, or places where things have quietly broken. You’ll leave with a short list of tasks that you can complete or use consulting hours with Rising Tide to finish!
  • Vendor Liaison Support: We'll represent your interests, communicating with vendors about bug fixes and feature requests to ensure your needs are met.
  • Immediate Error Assistance: Get help whenever system errors or bugs disrupt your operations.
  • Feature Release Updates: Stay informed with regular reports on upcoming features to maximize your implementations.
  • Virtual Admin: Hand Rising Tide the recurring and tedious-but-necessary tasks tied to administrative upkeep inside your platforms

Please note: This support package is designed for systems implemented and/or evaluated by Rising Tide and are fully operational at the beginning of our support engagement. It does not include consulting for new implementations or substantial changes to existing setups.

This offering is specifically for supporting your systems, not overhauling them. Monthly Support is not:

  • Setting up new tools
  • Redesigning processes
  • Running workshops or trainings
  • Making major changes or new implementations

Those are consulting projects, and we’ll make sure that the distinction in clear when it’s time: we'll give you our direction and advice; you choose what projects we work on together!

Foundations

The Foundations package is for MSPs who need steady, expert support to keep their tools working well, especially when system updates can throw a wrench in those plans. It’s perfect for teams who want someone to keep an eye on things, flag issues early, and offer helpful next steps without having to ask.

Rising Tide consultants will proactively review your systems, follow up with vendors, handle small fixes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a lightweight, low-friction way to stay on top of your platforms and make sure they keep delivering value.

The Catalyst package is the Foundations package expanded for MSPs who want hands-on, high-touch support with structure. You’ll get 10 hours per month, including up to four scheduled weekly calls, priority scheduling, and deeper involvement from your Rising Tide consultant. This isn’t just support when you ask for it — it’s active partnership.

We come prepared with recommendations, process improvements, and a plan to help you get the most out of your systems. Catalyst is for teams ready to make consistent progress without needing to manage the support relationship.
