Stay ahead with Rising Tide's Proactive Support Package. Our service is designed to ensure your platforms run smoothly and efficiently, separate from our consulting and development offerings.  

With Rising Tide's Proactive Support package, you'll receive:

  • Health Review: A light, guided check-in to see what’s working and what’s not in the systems you already trust us with: Hudu, HaloPSA, Rewst. On a call or asynchronously, what ever fits your needs, we’ll scan for misfires, underused features, or places where things have quietly broken. You’ll leave with a short list of tasks that you can complete or use consulting hours with Rising Tide to finish!
  • Vendor Liaison Support: We'll represent your interests, communicating with vendors about bug fixes and feature requests to ensure your needs are met.
  • Immediate Error Assistance: Get help whenever system errors or bugs disrupt your operations.
  • Feature Release Updates: Stay informed with regular reports on upcoming features to maximize your implementations.

Please note: This support package is designed for systems implemented and/or evaluated by Rising Tide and are fully operational at the beginning of our support engagement. It does not include consulting for new implementations or substantial changes to existing setups.

This offering is specifically for supporting your systems, not overhauling them. Proactive Support is not:

  • Setting up new tools
  • Redesigning processes
  • Running workshops or trainings
  • Making major changes or new implementations

Those are consulting projects, and we’ll flag them when it’s time. No bait-and-switch, you choose what projects we work on together!
