About this Position
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Leadership Training Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you'll design and deliver in-person training sessions that help leaders at all stages grow their emotional intelligence, operational skills, and community impact. You will guide transformative conversations, practical workshops, and leadership exercises that align with Rising Tide’s human-centered values.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver leadership development programs for clients, focusing on emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Facilitate workshops, retreats, and intensives across a variety of industries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific organizational needs and tailor training accordingly.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training approaches.
- Contribute to Rising Tide’s broader mission of building resilient, people-first organizations.
Requirements:
- Experience facilitating leadership development workshops (corporate, nonprofit, or educational settings).
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive environment.
- Willingness to travel for in-person events.
