About this Position
Rising Tide is seeking a skilled and empathetic HaloPSA Consultant to help organizations deploy, optimize, and fully leverage the HaloPSA platform. You will work closely with clients to translate operational needs into smart, scalable, documented workflows: further empowering teams to work with greater clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the setup, customization, and rollout of HaloPSA for clients.
- Train client teams on best practices for ticketing, projects, billing, and reporting.
- Translate complex operational needs into intuitive HaloPSA configurations.
- Audit and document current workflows; recommend and implement improvements.
- Serve as an ongoing advisor for clients through project milestones.
- Create training videos and materials on YouTube and Blog with walkthroughs, advice, and thought-leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working with PSA platforms, 2+ years working with HaloPSA (it's important that you have experience with PSAs outside of Halo alone!).
- Understanding of IT Services, MSP structures, and operational processes.
- Strong communication skills.
