About this Position
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and support automation solutions that save clients time, improve accuracy, and enhance operational resilience. You'll bring technical curiosity, creative problem-solving, and a dedication to making technology more human-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automations using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Rewst, HaloPSA, and custom scripting.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify automation opportunities.
- Create clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer to clients.
- Ensure automations are secure, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
- Stay current on automation trends and tools, bringing innovation to Rising Tide’s offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience with automation platforms, scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), and system integrations.
- Familiarity with IT services workflows, CRM/PSA systems, and business operations.
- Ability to break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Focus on security, documentation, and maintainability.
