Your consultant will stay with you for the length of the project doing the actual work of the implementation and only tapping you for your business knowledge to help clarify your desired outcome.

Coming from a background of MSPs we understand the “Emergency Room” atmosphere that constantly keeps your projects and help desk busy. This leaves little time for your own internal improvements. We’ll handle the implementation of your new RMM, your new ticketing system, or even smaller scale rollouts of any internal projects you need done.
Our consultants will be working on a single project at a time, dedicated to your needs until your project is finished. With a regular cadence of weekly meetings between your Rising Tide consultant and your project stakeholder you'll always know where your implementation is holding.
Your Rising Tide consultant will provide team training for each team that needs it covering the specifics of the platform. These will be recorded and provided to you when finished so that you can use them when training new employees. All training will be curated for your business and business processes.
At the end of the project your Rising Tide consultant will deliver a packaged set of documentation in a format easily importable into ITGlue or Hudu, or readable independently. The documentation will cover the design of the platform at the time of project finish so that you can see exactly how the finished product is built. You can either engage a new project for any updates or make them yourself based on the delivered documentation.
We will have a discovery meeting where we will design the statement of work, and cover all the business use cases. We will maintain a weekly cadence of meetings with your project stakeholder and your Rising Tide Consultant to ensure the project is on-track and that business needs are continuously met. An allowance of some scope creep will be made for items that were overlooked initially.

Our consulting team is made up of highly skilled technical engineers of Tier 3 skill or higher and can implement cloud solutions, an entire PSA migration, a new RMM, or even on a smaller scale, toolsets such as network monitoring, business process automation, and more.
